Miss Tourism Ghana 2012 To Be Crowned This Saturday

On September 2009 when the mantle fell on Ghana to host the World Tourism Day, the Miss Tourism Ghana pageant was also born. The pageant has been in existence since then. This is our fourth year.

Our first Queen, Miss Gladys Twumwaah Atuobi was crowned by the Hon.
Minister of Tourism, Mrs. Juliana Azumah-Mensah, our second Queen, Miss
Charlotte Sika Quaguaring was crowned by the Hon. Minister of Tourism,
Mrs. Zita Saba Okaikoi and the third Queen, Priscilla Asare, happens to be the First CLUB-Miss Tourism Ghana from our Title Sponsor Accra Brewery Limited.

We are getting ready to select our fourth Queen on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 7:00P.M. at the National Theater. The young ladies vying for the crown are Kiki, Yelim, Esinam, Antwiwaa, Esi, Titi, Daikor, Aba, Konadu and Ekua. Come and support the young ladies at the National Theater.

The queen will also represent Ghana at the Miss Tourism Queen International. On the domestic front, she will work closely with the Ghana Tourism Authority, the Ministry of Tourism and other tourism promotion and development bodies in the country to push forward Ghana’s tourism development agenda.
